Deloitte is seeking an Administrator to join our Tax and Legal department in Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

  • Administrative support to the group of Partners and managers (incl. meeting arrangements, room booking, taxi, search of information, follow up and task checking)
  • Arranging business trips
  • Expense report preparation
  • The project management process support (working with SAP, CRM and internal systems)
  • Document flow
  • Event organization support and other marketing activities
  • Cooperation with the finance and in-house departments (issues re invoices, acts, collection, contracts etc.)
  • Constant liaison with other functions and business units in Kyiv office as well as with Deloitte CIS and Global offices.
  • On-going tasks

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in a Western environment is a plus, but not required
  • University Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Quick learner
  • Team-player
  • Ability to work in time constraints, set priorities, do multiple tasks and make independent decisions
