В газодобывающее бизнес направлении объявляется конкурс на вакансию
"Менеджер по бюджетированию и финансовому контролю"

Обязанности:

• Comprehensive analysis of Budget proposals provided by department. Review of monthly rolling forecast;

• Consolidating monthly results (P&L, CF, BS) analysis preparation with variance analysis;

• Monthly analysis of financial and operational result;

• Development of recommendations for business to improve financial performance and efficiency;

• Control of OPEX/ G&A and capital expenditures;

• Control and analysis of taxes;

• Providing internal control compliance in respective areas;

• Development of internal control procedures.

• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual verification of KPI performance;

• Review of business cases for Technical&Drilling development projects;

• Optimization of financial and management reporting processes by different functional areas;

• Review of all contracts. Taking part in tender working group. Review of payments above respective limits;

• Communication with external partners of the Company, including banks, auditors etc;

• Ad hoc requests from management

• University degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting

• Professional qualifications, completed or in progress, such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Oil and Gas industry is a plus / Big 4;

• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced in English

• Strong working knowledge of accounting, forecasting and management reporting;

• Good knowledge of IFRS, tax and accounting rules;

• Good knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, experience with 1C8; MS Project are a plus;

• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills;

• Result-oriented, team-player, able to work under time pressure, and meet deadlines;

• Strong negotiation, influencing and decision making skills
