We're looking for the best product marketing manager to bring YouScan to English-speaking markets
What's YouScan?
YouScan.io is a social media listening solution, that gives businesses the ability to become better by listening to their customers.
We are a product company with a strong internal culture.
YouScan leads the CIS market for 8 years, and now we are going international.
Our business model is B2B SaaS.
Tell me about your team.
The international expansion team is now forming. So you will lead the way backed up by PR manager and our local marketing expertise and experience.
You will report directly to CMO and CEO, freedom of actions and reasonable resources guaranteed.
OK, what do you expect of me?
First of all, we’re looking for a real teammate — we want you to communicate, share your vision, bring in your ideas. We also want you to listen and hear other points of view, be able to look with other person’s eyes.
Of course, we want a person with relevant marketing experience in SaaS or at least a B2B product company. Someone, who has already taken part in growing and scaling international SaaS businesses.
Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative and traditional campaigns across the spectrum of marketing channels (social, search, email) and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools is a must.
Data analysis, competitive analysis, and marketing/product analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, or similar) should be no surprise to you.
And we are talking about English-speaking markets, right? We hope you have excellent communication and collaboration skills and you are fluent in English.
If you are a pro conference presenter or another public speaking master who has a technical background and knows HTML and CSS, you are indeed the best :)
Hey, you are talking about me! What would my responsibilities be if I apply?
You will analyze the market, customer needs and buying behavior.
Then define the target markets and segmentation, develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with both prospects and existing users.
And here we go: you own go-to-market materials (presentations, landing pages, whitepapers, e-books, customer cases, videos, etc.) and ensure consistency.
Execute marketing outreach campaigns.
Create and optimize marketing materials to maximize conversion.
Track the KPIs of the business, identify challenges and opportunities, and work with the executive team, sales, customer success and product to address them.
Well, all those things you need to do to go international :)
