Position: Software Development Team Lead/Head of Software Development (#DigitalAgriBusiness)

We are currently looking for a Software Development Team Lead/Head of Software Development to join our #DigitalAgriBusiness team.

The Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Cebernetics / Math
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Lead
• Strong understanding and experience of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong knowledge in of Java or C#
• Good knowledge in azure, aws, angular 5, node.js, web-service (rest / soap), mq, esb, bpm, sql, nosql, git, jira, CI / CD, docker continer, kubernetes
• Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical direction to team members to meet project goals - 5 people, direct reports
• Work with project managers and business analysts to develop and clarify in-depth technical requirements. Work with developers to establish technical soundness of the solutions
• Configuring, developing and delivering software according to the Agribusiness IT projects' needs
