Senior Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires

· Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking

· Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers

· Making job offers to the selected candidates, preparing all the necessary documentation

· Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with recruitment services providers

Requirements:

· University degree

· Advanced English

· Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency

· Excellent interviewing skills

· Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills

· Understanding the recruitment cycle in-house

· Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian, Russian and English

· Good client relationship skills

· Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently

· Friendly, confident, attentive to details
