Responsibilities and tasks:Perform technical consultations and supportDaily contact with customersCollect technical information about the customer’s network and transform it into a technical projectSupport the sales team in pre-sales activitiesDeploy software solution in customers networksParticipate in support, troubleshooting and documentationPrepare migrations, work with scripts with REST API, Netconf, SQL

Requirements:

TCP/IP networking knowledge on Cisco CCNP level

Experience with Mikrotik RoutersOS, UbiquityLinux/Unix experience is a must

Ability to speak English
