Responsible for the Credit Management for all business units in the area.
Performing analysis to determine and approve Credit Limits for all customers using in-house tools as well as external information in order to link business requirements with risk exposure
Cash collections follow-up, Forecasting and reporting
Includes follow-up of bad debts, establishing and negotiating customer payment plans with commercial and legal departments, assisting in case of legal proceedings around receivables (eg. in bankruptcy cases)
Implementation of tools such as customer financing, credit insurance, guarantees, and follow-though with external parties (banks, insurance) and internal organization (commercial finance, legal, supply chain)
Risk exposure analysis on existing receivable portfolio, as well as future sales (long range plan, country and customer portfolio risk, currency exposure)
Develop the broader financial risk management strategy for the country considering macro-economic trends
Perform customer visits
Responsible for all compliance with credit policy and procedures in the area of responsibility
Good knowledge of SAP (billing, receivables and reporting processes)
Good knowledge of FSCM ; BI; BO
English (fluent) written and verbal
