About us:

We're IO Technologies - IT company providing analytics products with big international data team of 50 people. Just 3 years ago we came up with an idea and developed a platform for collecting and processing data which nowadays processes more than 6 billion events per day working on more than 300 physical and virtual servers.

We are developing a product that collects statistics, analyzes data and distributes them to reports in such a way that makes complex analytics clear to a usual author, editor, marketer, and manager.

Currently, we're looking for the person to join our team as Business Analyst/PM.

Main requirements:

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets) and tools for creating presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Know-how carrying out User researches
• Experienced in creating new products from scratch
• Fluent English
• Result-driven
• Great communicator and negotiator

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Practice in optimization

Main tasks:

• Carrying out users researches: what tools are used by roles in a client's team (via calls or face-to-face contact)
• Formalizing requirements
• Converting requirements into tasks for design teams, UI/UX, development, testing
• Communication with teams for providing deadlines and solutions quality
• Presenting solutions to clients, solutions implementation into clients processes
• Feedback processing, turning feedback into pragmatic improvements
• Negotiation with clients on commercial terms
