Main responsibilities:

  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources areas; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives and strategies, aligns CIS HR strategies with HR company and divisional strategies.

  • Manages CIS HR team by establishing accountabilities by countries, covering a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, induction, development, performance management, counseling, legal issues, training and policy/procedures initiation with the support provided by HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent and Org. Development Consulting, Compensation & Benefits).

  • Drives organization through HR KPIs and measurement ( Turnover rates/vacancy rates, reasons of leaving etc.); highlights risks to management; proposes action plans on improvement and retention;

  • Supports International Regional and CIS countries business leaders and management teams acting as a trustworthy HR Partner.

  • Ensures strong on-boarding process per employee category as a powerful means of employees’ adaptation and effectiveness.

  • Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

  • Looks for ways to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

Required: A senior professional with 6+ years’ Human Resources experience having undertaken a variety of generalist leadership responsibilities with strong leadership.

Main requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred; Fluent English;

  • 6+ years successful Human Resources experience with a generalist background in big multinational companies in matrix environment; Pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG Industry background preferred;

  • Experience of supporting front-line, field-based client groups;

  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items

  • Effective communicator - Demonstrates effective communication at all levels of the organization and across functions, influencing skills, stakeholders’ management;

  • Relationship Builder – Successfully builds productive, trusting, respectful relationships with senior management and corporate and support functions;

  • Continuous Improvement Focus - Contributes to process improvements for Human Resources and company-wide HR initiatives.
