European pharmaceutical company is looking for Market Access Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development, Business development and/or localization of existing products;
Shorten "time to market" for new launches;
Communicate about the planning and the achievements of launches (actual launch date vs. planned date, launch date vs. approval date, sales vs. budget for new products);
Screen portfolio internally available within the Group, as well as product portfolios of external and innovative companies, and other potential sources of products in order to identify opportunities for in-licensing, development or acquisition at country level;
Collect and analyse sales and volume estimation for new product extensions to local portfolio and in cooperation with BUs, and provide 'Wish list' to BUs, ensure it review;
Maintain and update a country launch planning calendar and lead the launch readiness process on Affiliates level. Compare the product launch plans vs. actual, propose corrective actions in order to minimize deviations;
Support Global team in managing external acquisitions of selected assets, which strategically fit to local operations;
REQUIREMENTS :
Higher education
Marketing background experience is must;
Effective understanding of financial tools and benchmarks;
Project management and cross-functional and collaboration experience;
