Our client is an International Pharmaceutical Company. It is looking for:

Specialist Logistics (to an International Pharmaceutical Company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfils primary operations in logistics related to purchase planning, production order coordination, import-export operations, warehouse activities, transportation;
• handles SAP operations related to stock management, SKU management, inbound and outbound movements;
• oversees documents and information flow between Supplier, plants, market and 3PL providers both foreign and local;
• runs analysis and reports related to logistics;
• identifies current and potential risks with stock availability and possible preventive actions;
• creates SOP related to logistics operation and product quality control.

Key Skills, Abilities and Experience required:

• Knowledge of and experience in UA OTC market;
• Knowledge of and experience in logistics;
• Experience of import/export operations is a must;
• Experience as specialist logistics at least 3 years in Pharmaceutical/FMCG Company;
• Specialist in “Management”;
• Advanced level in English;
• Advanced level in Excel;
• SAP user;
• Practical knowledge of developing SOP's (standard operating procedures) related to logistics and pharmaceutical quality assurance systems.
