In our Business Valuation practice we focus on determining the value of a business or assets in various situations that may be regarded as key to a company's development, such as when planning purchase and sale transactions, making decisions on changing the organizational structure of a group of companies, or in order to raise finance or resolve disputes between shareholders. By providing our high-quality valuation services, we help clients take the right management decisions, make relations with investors more transparent and facilitate transaction process.

Manager position in our Business Valuation practice is an excellent opportunity to join a team of leading experts in consulting business and manage complex and exciting projects for key industry leaders as well as number of smaller companies.

Responsibilities

Managing the following project assignments:

• Performing independent fair market valuation of assets (including intangible assets) or equity interests for various deal types
• Carrying out financial analysis of company`s historical results and projections, conducting industry research
• Providing the understanding of fair market value of shares for investors
• Preparing and delivering financial models
• Communication with clients and maintaining successful client relationships
• Coaching and performance management of junior staff
• Monitoring quality of services and advice
• Participation in marketing activities of the department

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• University degree, desirably in finance or economics
• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance
• Practical experience in business valuation, financial modeling, preparation of business plans, M&A transactions in a must!
• Knowledge of financial accounting, valuation methodology and techniques
• Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS/UA GAAP
• ACCA/CFA certificates would be a plus
• Good analytical skills
• Good report writing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Excellent leadership skills
