Main responsibilities:

- Placing orders for spare parts in SAP;

- Receive and process parts from our suppliers, check merchandise received against purchase invoice;

- Communicate with customers, work with claims;

- Work with catalog of spare parts;

- Workflow and logistic coordination.

Requirements:

Education - Technical or Economic;

- Experience - more then 3 years in customer service & logistics, order handling, WH operations;

- Knowledge and skills - SAP / R3 (PE1 is preferred), Excel;

- English - Intermediate;

- Strong communication skills;

- Positive;

- Accurate;

- Customer-oriented;

- Proactive;

- Disciplined;

- High responsible.
