Our client is a large foreign company - the leader of food production industry announces a competition on vacant position of Marketing Director in Belarus.

General Purpose

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies. Effective management of all the marketing activities of the organization. Oversees all marketing staff.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing plans, together with its key managers
• Developing, managing and controlling marketing budget
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Proactively identifying and recommending business-building initiatives
• Identifying, developing and launching new concepts and products supporting the brand portfolio
• Developing and implementing pricing strategy
• Cooperating with agencies in the areas of media, advertising, trade and consumer promotion, packaging design, PR, retail audit, consumer research
• Analyzing customer research, current market conditions and competitor’s information
• Monitoring and reviewing all marketing activities and results
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, as well as increasing profitability
• Analyzing competitors' overall sales & marketing activities
• Leading development processes of new products
• Searching ideas for new innovative products
• Cooperating with all departments of the company
• Developing skills of marketing staff
• Motivating people to achieve outstanding results

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree (Marketing is an priority)
• Relevant experience in FMCG/food production industry 5+ years
• Upper intermediate English (spoken and written), readiness to pass an interview in English
• Good organizational and management skills, effective business communication and correspondence skills, organizational and presentation skills
• Proactivity, responsibility, decency, flexibility
• Readiness to relocate to Belarus
