Вакансия Accountant

Axiom SL is looking for an Accounting Manager to be a pro-active business partner to the local and regional business leaders and to be the primary contact person for accounting and finance matters for the Ukraine regional office in Kharkiv.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To retain the books and records in the Ukraine office according to the local rules and regulations and accounting standards.
• To liaise with payroll company to process payroll and related taxes on a monthly basis
• To prepare VAT on monthly / quarterly / annual basis as required by law
• To assist in timely month-end closes, reconcile and maintain general ledger account reconciliation; resolve identified items in a timely fashion.
• To compile monthly reports of actual results against budget and provide analytical variance analysis.
• To prepare and process all Monthly, quarterly, annual reports with the appropriate governmental agencies such Tax Authorities, Chambers of commerce (if required) and any others.
• Reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables.
• To coordinate and complete special projects and analysis as determined by management.
• To be available to answer local accounting and tax questions from corporate office of AxiomSL
• Ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

• University degree, major in Finance/Accounting;
• Minimum 5 years working experience at accountant position (preferably at an international company);
• Experience with collection and analysis of accounting data;
• 1C Advanced user (1C 8.3, 1C 8.2)
• Good practical knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards and Ukrainian tax regulations;
• Good communication and networking skills
• Computer proficient including good knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with accounting software required, NetSuite experience a plus
• Conversational English very strongly preferred
• Must be fluent in Ukrainian/Russian
