Description

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader with great management skills, who is able to arrange a process. The candidate should have high analytic skills, be a fast learner, autonomous and well organized. He/she will work with other staff to determine, negotiate and agree on in-house procedures, standards, and specifications. He/she will act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly get up to speed with the product and the domain (Financial Reporting)
• Analyze existing QA procedures and approaches
• Propose both short-term and long-term actions plans on what to be done in QA
• Identify areas where test automation is appropriate, select tools, build, control and revise the test automation process
• Create QA activities and results reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate QA actions across several teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional experience in QA area
• 5+ years of leading and/or coaching experience
• Good knowledge of Scrum/ Kanban
• Team leading / management 20+ people
• Experience of work with bug tracking and test management tools
• Deep knowledge of Excel (in English)
• Experience with SQL
• Work experience with MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Experience in testing client-server architecture applications and service testing
• Must be familiar with HTTP, XML
• Experience in QA methodologies, experience in writing test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.)
• Strong English skills

Desirable skills:

• BA experience
• Experience with automated testing
