LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for an active and enthusiastic person to join our team as HR Specialist

Main areas of responsibilities:

• Recruitment procedures support;
• Optimize communication with management;
• Estimate employee's contribution;
• Providing HR Management Team with all necessary information;
• Providing team with all necessary assistance;
• Help in developing and implementing internal HR Policies, regulations, and procedures within the company;
• Documentation support of all HRM cycle according to local legislation;
• Speed up employee adaptation and work involvement;
• Report directly to HR Director.

Main requirements:

· University or equivalent degree;

· English - upper intermediate;

· Chinese - upper intermediate;

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

· Should be proactive, able to make decisions and take the initiative

· Should be able to learn quickly, handle several tasks simultaneously, considering priorities
