Project Description:

Our new customer is a venture production studio building decentralized applications and various developer and end-user tools for blockchain ecosystems, primarily focused on Ethereum. Their "hub" coordinates, incubates, accelerates and spawns "spoke" ventures through development, resource sharing, acquisitions, investments and the formation of joint ventures. These spokes benefit from foundational components that enable new services and business models to be built on the blockchain.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients on development progress, day to day communication, requirements elaboration with the team
- Build pipeline maintenance when necessary
- Tasks assignment and progress tracking
- Technical issues coordination according to established process;
- Support and contribute to all relevant documentation following internal Standards and Guidelines:
- General technical improvements to prevent issues in the future development;

Skills:

• Node.js, Express, ReactJS;
• Practical skills in Etherium;
• Knowledge of Solidity and experience in writing of smart contracts is a must;
• Knowledge AWS/Azure;
• Experience in NoSQL, knowledge of Mongo DB is a plus;
• Hands on Docker. Kubernetes would be a plus;
• Experience in establishing of Agile process (Scrum/Kanban);
• Practical experience with Jira is a must;
• Experience in Git;
• Proficient communication and English language skills (written/verbal);
• Strong leadership skills;
• Experience in hiring, building a team;
• High level of ownership;
• Fair and transparent reporting level;
• Readiness to operate across multiple global locations with accommodate various cultures and practices;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
