Product Marketing Analyst (Cloud / Virtualization and Network solutions)

Netcracker’s Product Marketing department is responsible for development and promotion of portfolio value proposition across internal and external audience. For this purpose we make market research, create marketing collateral and leverage various channels for information distribution. Our major area of expertise lies in market and competitive intelligence, portfolio positioning and capabilities, as well as development of professional content. Product Marketing is responsible for development of both out-of-the-box and on-demand collateral.

The Product Marketing Analyst is a team member engaged into development of a broad set of marketing and presale materials and providing support for marketing, analyst, sales and product management activities within the company. We are looking for a proactive self-starting individual who will be willing to take on responsibility for challenging tasks and projects within product marketing domain with the goal of taking on an expert or leading role within the team.

The current position aims to strengthen Product Marketing team responsible for NaaS and other SDN/NFV and cloud offerings.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Develop content for Netcracker’s marketing campaigns.
• Deliver expert support as part of pre-sale and sales activities.
• Provide end-to-end event support in terms of contribution to messaging, content development, and onsite support.
• Contribute to submissions to analyst questionnaires and assessments with expert intelligence and content.
• Create reusable content for marketing and presale purposes.
• Project manage separate tasks or streams of product marketing activities.
• Collaborate with other teams within Netcracker to maintain portfolio positioning and content up to date.

Qualifications:

• Technical/Marketing/Linguistics university degree.
• Working experience in telecommunications/IT domains 1+ years.
• Good knowledge or strong interest in:
  • Telecommunications market;
  • SDN/NFV domain;
  • Cloud Solutions domain;
  • Agile/DevOp.
• Excellent English skills – ability to create marketing materials including business and technical parts, ability to effectively communicate within a diverse work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to build strong professional network.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
• Can-do attitude.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
