Ukrsibbank is looking for an Technical Writer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

We are looking for a person, possessing:

Your primary tasks will include creating a user guide and technical documentation for online banking software and supporting the documentation build process. The documentation is intended for system admins, customer support and for end-clients to use in production. The documentation must be up-to-date at all times, thus ensuring the stability of support and the development process.

Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation;

Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers;

Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions;

Organize and write supporting documents for product;

Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding;

Edit articles in the documentation repository;

Keep the documentation up to date;

We would appreciate if you have experience in:

Advanced PC user

Excellent systematic problem-solving skills, ability to think “outside the box”

1+ years experience writing and editing software documentation

Experience writing content for developers

Proven ability to work independently and in teams

Experience with user interface design and usability testing

Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, presentation skills and technical communication skills

Good analytical skills

We expect your involvement into:

2-3 years as a technical writer

Experience at a technical service desk/call center providing technical support

At least intermediate level of English language proficiency (especially written)
