Your responsibilities will be:

• Source and recruit candidates for Customer Service Representative positions (with knowledge of different languages: English, French, Spanish, Japanese);
• Conduct interviews (both phone and in-person);
• Create and send job offers to selected candidates;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

We require:

• 1-2 years in recruiting;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• English — at least intermediate;
• Good knowledge of different recruitment tools;
• Ability to work independently
