About us:

We're IO Technologies - product analytical IT company. Just 3 years ago we came up with an idea and developed a platform for collecting and processing data which nowadays processes more than 6 billion events per day working on more than 300 physical and virtual servers.

We are developing a product that collects statistics, analyzes data and distributes them to reports in such a way that makes complex analytics clear to a usual author, editor, marketer, and manager.

Currently, we're looking for a person to join our team as a Recruiter.

Main responsibilities:

• Full-cycle of recruitment and selection process
• Active search of candidates, development of diverse candidate pools
• Generation of pipelines for each position
• Conduct interviews
• Collect, input and report recruitment data and metrics
• Market research
• Results reporting
• Implementation and optimization of the recruitment process
• Preparation of offer letters for new employees

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of job experience in recruitment (IT, Sales, Top Management, etc.);
• Good understanding of job market;
• High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills, sourcing and interviewing skills
• Proven experience in building partnership relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to manage recruiting assignments as projects
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
• Experience in direct search and headhunting;
• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process;
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced level of written and conversational English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, result oriented
