Our client is an international FMCG company looking for a category buyer.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering country strategic commercial agreements in Indirect Technical Materials (Сapex, MRO, Hard FM - ventilation, Electricity, Fire Safety, etc.);
• Constantly expands knowledge and conducts market analysis within the assigned Categories to continuously improve the efficiency of procurement process in managed categories;
• Conclusion of contracts, constant monitoring of their implementation and resolution of issues relating to the performance of obligations on them;
• Conducts effective negotiations with suppliers to bring added value to the procurement process for selected categories;
• Develops relationships and continuous cooperation with Stakeholders (Stakeholders Management);
• Takes part in the implementation of Global Projects at the Country and Cluster level;
• Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality parameters.

Key requirements:

• Higher education (University degree preferably with a economics or numerical basis);
• Minimum 3-year experience of Category Buyer with FMCG company;
• Advanced in oral and written English;
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, SAP would be a plus
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills are essential;
• Excellent organizational/ communication skills (both internally and externally);
• Team player, self-driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic;
• Ready to consider temporary employment (1-year contract with potential prolongation).
