At this moment we're looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kyiv R&D Office to help us expand our market presence and level of notability.

Required Qualifications:

• at least 1 year of experience in marketing
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Superior written, communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills
• Knowledge and practical application of traditional and digital marketing tactics and techniques
• Basic understanding of SEO, organic traffic acquisition and content seeding (forums, guest blogging etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
• Computer proficiency: strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets skills
• Proficient in use of social media forums such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage projects
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary, to consistently meet or beat project deadlines
• Ability to effectively and efficiently complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong listening skills and collaboration
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Demonstrate expertise with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing and social media

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, executing and improving digital marketing strategy
• Design and execute marketing initiatives to promote company blog
• Keep updated company's social accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
• Communicate critical performance metrics to leadership
• Provide quality assurance to marketing campaigns
• Scout and research new acquisition channels and new business opportunities
• Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow and improve site/product driven by research, competitive intelligence and analytics
• Keep current with digital marketing industry trends and best practices
• Manage timetables to ensure consistent on-time results
