Looks for a Finance Director

This is a senior role that will cover managing the day-to-day functioning of the Finance operations area in a dynamic medical environment.

Due to the dynamic growth of our regional medical company in Lviv, we are currently seeking experienced candidates to undertake the role of Finance Director. The role will involve the daily management of a growing team covering various types of finance operations across the accounting and controlling spectrums. The chosen candidate will form part of the senior leadership team and will have constant interaction with various stakeholders abroad.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Setting up the department of the company;
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting;
• Formation of international management reporting;
• Supervise company’s operating activities;
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting;
• Implementing different projects on and operational control ;
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

Key Requirements:

• min 5 years of experience at a similar post;
• Outstanding management and controlling skills;
• Successful experience implementation of projects automation based on 1C, installation budgeting system, financial control;
• Knowledge of accounting and program 1C 8.1.3 UPP, MS Excel;
• Knowledge of tax legislation and GAAP;
• Analytical mind;
• Systematic approach to issues;
• English – level advanced, upper intermediate;
• willingness to complex and unusual tasks;
• ability to work quickly and efficiently with large volumes of information;
