Main Responsibilities:

• Understand design user interaction and design workflows
• Create and implement designs for responsive websites, apps, HTML e-mails, banners and other online interfaces
• Collaborate with content and project teams
• Observe deadlines and specifications
• Participate in briefings to define digital user experiences
• Elaborate roughs, mockups, and prototypes
• Provide suitable designs with proper colors, fonts, and graphics
• Communicate works in progress status and escalate risks to senior management upon the observance
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure timely availability of all the creative assets to fit the digital design in question
• Work with the development team to make sure the design transfers into development as expected

• Proficiency in design applications
• Knowledge of digital standards, usable interfaces, conceptual design, state-of-the-art interaction design
• Understanding how to create user-centered design
