Right now, we're looking for HR Analyst to join our team at InterContinental Kiev.

Main responsibilities:

  • To deal with IHG internal programs (staff productivity)
  • Budgeting (payroll budget and forecasting)
  • Managing the employee relations function and ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures
  • 1C Staff records administration and processing
  • Implementing and developing new projects set by Director of HR

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
  • Knowledge of MS Office, 1C Staff program
  • Work experience as HR Specialist or any relevant position
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
  • Potential candidate should possess strong analytical skills, flexibility and positive attitude to life
