Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience on the same or relevant field/position (sales experience will be a benefit)
• Goal orientation and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Be ready to communicate (a lot) with potential and existing partners all over the World
• Be aware of CPA, CPL, RevShare, eCPM and other concepts related to the market
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, E-mail Marketing
• Desire to grow professionally in Digital Marketing sphere
• English language - ability to read and communicate
• Attentiveness and persistence in work

Your responsibilities:

• Search for new partners
• Create new promo materials and analyze their conversion rate
• Perform set of sales and revenue KPI
• Daily work with existing and new partners, monitoring of Partner Programs payments with big advertising budgets
• Setting and achievement of strategic goals and assignments for program development
• Writing weekly reports and analyzing productivity.
