A new branch in Odessa of an established company is looking for a techie!
Position description
The technical support provider is primarily responsible for answering calls from the hot-line and/or responding to tickets from the support tickets software. The technical support provider needs to able to provide a timely response to technical inquiries.
Supervision structure
Call operator will report to an individual supervisor.
Responsibilities
Respond to hot-line calls
Respond to hot-line tickets
Conduct follow-up on hotline calls using protocols and referral databases
Develop training for future resources
Participate in regular meetings such as staff meetings, debriefings, and regular
check-ins
Required Qualifications
