What is Mateosan?Mateosan LLC a digital marketing consulting firm focusing on growing customer acquisition via paid marketing channels. We help companies like Thumbtack, SendGrid, Plivo, and PandaDoc with their growth strategies.Why do we need you?As our business continues to grow, we want someone to join our small & dedicated team to provide first-class executive and personal assistance to the founder and help us with the various administrative and operational tasks needed to successfully run a business that serves many different clients. Growth opportunities longer term could include managing all operations for the firm or potentially moving in to help support client work.Tasks:Manage and optimize work and personal google calendars. This is of the utmost importance and requires extreme attention to detail and follow up skills as well as high level understanding of meeting contexts and attendee profiles in order to schedule appropriately. Maintain accurate communication with the founders at all times to ensure they are on schedule and provide a daily review of upcoming schedule at end of each work day.Coordinate invoice and follow up on payment with my client's AP teams.Could also potentially help with tracking driving mileage for tax purposes based on my calendar meeting/locations and potentially helping categorize expenses in quickbooks longer term. IManage personal projects such as setting up medical appointments, coordinating personal travel, etc.… this list will grow exponentially as we scale our business, so be ready to take on lots of new things! :)Requirements:Experience working as executive/personal assistant or office manager for a company based in the United States Excellent written English communication skills and email etiquetteComfortable with technology and online tools, e.g. Google Calendar, Asana, etc.Impeccable sense of organization and attention to detailProactive, creative, and – if necessary – unconventional problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment More details and perks:Part time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 11am PST (6pm - 9pm EET).Longer term likely to move to 40 hours per week and ideally want someone who can provide reasonable overlap with PST business hours.Competitive salaryRemote position - you can work from the comfort of your own home!Work in a creative environmentOpportunity to grow with the businessStraightforward and fast interviewing process: recruiter -> founder -> letter writing task -> hiredDo you think you’re a good fit?Please send your resume and cover letter.In your cover letter, be sure to give us three reasons why you think you’re a good fit for this role, and how we can best reach you (email, phone, Whatsapp, etc).
