The role involves providing top-level IT support for brokers/banks that use Protrader trading platform and participating in the design and development of the Protrader platform itself, as well as new products.

We’re searching for a target-oriented person with desire of work in a team and professional grow.

We expect that you have:

• Technical or IT education;
• Windows advanced and Linux basic skills;
• Understanding of test case and test plan creation;
• Understanding of relational database design and creation of basic queries (SQL);
• Basic coding experience;
• Good written English skills;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Financial application setup/configuration;
• Collaborate with development, administration and QA teams to design new software components and fix issues;
• Train client technical staff on all software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for them;
• Help clients with integration of 3rd party systems (SOAP, REST, FIX API);
• Monitoring client environment (ZABBIX);
• Take part in development process (propose new features, take part in discussions, etc.).
• Create bug reports and feature requests by received feedback.
