The successful Technical Writer will join the ambitious and open minded team of professionals. You will take an important role in the development of new and existing systems in our global FinTech products (Payment Gateway & eWallet team).

Requirements:

• Proven track record of experience in tech writing for tech/dev teams in software, mobile apps, SaaS, financial or telecom services min 1 year

• Strong background with organizing and editing technical documentation

• Ability to mentor developers on proper scope and structure of good documentation

• Good understanding of internal and external facing documentation needs

• Be a Communicator first, then Technical Editor

• Ability to read code (PHP, JS) for better understanding the situation

• A working understanding of programming and software architectures and/or databases

• Understanding of API’s and requirements to document details, experience documenting APIs

• The ability to install, learn quickly, and to understand technical software, so as to be able to write about it clearly and accurately

• Understanding the technologies used in Internet products: HTML, HTTP, CSS, SSL, DNS, etc

• Russian or Ukrainian working language

• English: Intermediate.

Additional plus would be:

• Relevant IT Education

• Familiarity with the Linux command line and Git concepts

• Jira / Confluence

• SVN / GitLab / Git (Wikis and Readme.md)

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger, Hub.

• Knowledge of BPMN / UML

• An experience in finance (web marketing or product development) and in the fintech project (payment system, mobile banking, etc.)

• Agile / Scrum working experience
