Our Client, a well-known international bank, is announcing an opening for the position of Technical Writer.

Main Responsibilities:

• creating a user guide and technical documentation for online banking software and supporting the documentation build process;
• determining the needs of end users of technical documentation;
• studying product samples and talking with product designers and developers;
• working with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions;
• organizing and writing supporting documents for product;
• creating photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding;
• editing articles in the documentation repository;
• keeping the documentation up to date;

Main Requirements:

• 2-3 years experiance as a technical writer;
• experience at a technical service desk/call center providing technical support;
• advanced PC user;
• good working knowledge of English, especially written (Upper - Intermediate);
• experience writing content for developers;
• good analytical skills;
• experience with user interface design and usability testing.
