We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Team of Digital Department

Responsibilities:

• Overall project management including project planning and implementation, maintaining client relations, vendor management, budgeting;
• Technical analysis of possible solutions with the help of the engineering team;
• Define technical requirements and needed resources;
• Collect and manage project team;
• Create schedule and project timeline;
• Manage budget;
• Ensure timely project payments and invoicing, project receivables and billings;
• Ensure cost control in place;
• Monitor and report on project progress;
• Ensure quality of project deliverables (business, technical, functional, content, visual etc) in cooperation with QA;
• Present to internal and external stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions;
• Communicate with internal business customers;
• Communicate with contractors (production agencies);
• Assess result of project

Required skills:

• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills;
• Technical background in software development;
• 2 year experience on a position of a Project Manager;
• Knowledge and practical use of existing PM methodologies;
• Experienced user of JIRA, Confluence, Visio (or similar);
• Experience in a client facing role;
• Good client management and relation management skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Upper-intermediate English - verbal and written;
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic
