Job Purpose:

SoftServe is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our professional team.

Looking for a successful cooperation with a candidate who has a good analytical, communication skills and knowledge of Agile (SCRUM) processes to work on the project with US clients. The main challenge is to perform management and SCRUM Master roles on the project for SCRUM teams, identify and manage Client’s expectations, build an effective project team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and support project processes and project strategy
• Manage project team, monitor team performance
• Act as contact point for project stakeholders in the company and for clients
• Establish and drive team’s communication on all project meetings
• Understand and communicate client business needs to project team
• Identify and manage the client’s expectations
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
• Plan rotations, new staffing, and participation in interviewing candidates
• Perform the role of SCRUM Master on the project
• Reporting project status to clients
• Metrics definition and collecting
• Build an effective and collaborative project team
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth

Experience:

• 2+ year of experience in project coordination and management small project teams (15+ people)
• Experience as SCRUM Master will be a plus

Expert Knowledge:

• Agile
• SCRUM

• Good communication skills with subordinates and clients (negotiation, conflicts resolution, motivation and etc.)
• Good planning and organization skills
• Ability to work with small project team – to be as a part of the team
• High level of ownership, enthusiasm and a collaborative, professional temperament
• Flexibility and attentiveness to details
• Proactive, forward-thinking and passionate about project management
• English level – Intermediate and above
