About Project:
The team is responsible for a wide range (around 35) of backend applications, tools, and infrastructure critical to email security services. And we are working on mentioned directions. One of our main goals is to ensure that the efficacy of our backend systems remains higher than competitors. Also, we are responsible for development and support of automated testing framework, which includes miscellaneous parts such as product deployment tools, common testing framework, tests/infrastructure management tool, high-level API for interaction with products under testing.
Job Purpose:
SoftServe is looking for a Project Coordinator to join a large team working for a big corporation. A successful candidate will lead several rapidly growing teams working in various directions with primary stakeholders in the US. This position implies a solid understanding of financial management, excellent communication skills, ability to work with different seniority level developers and meet commitments. It is the Project Coordinator's responsibility to grow the team, work with constant new opportunities and meet high expectations of the Client.
Requirements:
- Technical background as QA or Software Engineer
- Experience in IT project management
- Strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM) principles, familiarity with Kanban
- Jira/Confluence knowledge
- English language level – Upper-Intermediate and above
- Strong communication and people management skills
