• Project Description:

  Change Management department within Luxoft is looking for Senior Analyst to join our team.
  As a function we:
  • Bundle together all change-related expertise in the company to provide end-to-end change management service for internal clients
  • Coordinate work of other services to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects
  • Provide framework and consultancy to support transformations driven by other services leaders

• Responsibilities:

  As a senior analyst you will focus on key portions our projects and work towards leading engagements. You will have direct contact with senior leaders and a high degree of independence.
  You will design and implement large-scale organizational change programs: conduct analyses, interview leaders and their internal customers, translate conclusions into recommendations and implement them!

• Skills:

  • Experience working in management consulting, change management, analytics or related filed
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent Excel and Power Point skills is a must
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced English is a must
