We're looking for Head of Billing department.

Responsibilities

• Effective communication with the company's payment service providers;
• Monitoring and improvement of PSP processing productivity;
• Monitoring and optimization of commissions/deductions/fees paid by the company to each PSP;
• Research and analysis of PSP available on the market;
• Negotiation of contracts and partnership conditions with new PSPs; proofreading of contracts with assistance of the Legal department;
• Contribution to company strategy and product development;
• Monitoring and handling of incoming disputes, chargebacks and refund requests; providing strategies for rates decrease;
• Close cooperation with customer care, development and payment teams;
• Team management & workflow organization in the department;
• Department performance improvement and people management;
• Strategic decision making aiming to increase company's revenue;
• Accurate monthly/weekly reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience on the similar position;
• Advanced written and verbal English is a must;
• Understanding of the various company processes;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Strong understanding of payment systems operation;
• Experience in working with SaaS companies.
