We are looking for a talented and passionate Customer support Officer (English and German) to join Materialise.

i.materialise is online 3D printing service. Our product is business to client service which helps any person to print such things as unique jewelry, decor elements, gadgets and prototypes of own crazy ideas. Upload your 3D model, choose from 100+ different finishes and materials, select the size of your print, receive a price quote instantly and let us take care of printing and shipping your products.

Requirements

• At least Upper-intermediate English (speaking and writing)
• Good level of German (especially, writing)
• Customer focus
• Problem solving attitude

As a plus

• Knowledge of CAD principle

Responsibilities

• Communication with customers (mostly in writing)
• Processing projects: follow up of orders & requests from the start of the project to the delivery
• Collaboration with development team (meetings, suggestions, feedbacks)
