Required skills:— Advanced PC user
— High level of English language proficiency (especially written)
— Strong written communication skills
— Good analytical skills
— Excellent systematic problem-solving skills, ability to think “outside the box”
Preferred skills:— Experience at a technical service desk/call center providing technical support
— Experience with online customer support services as Zendesk, Freshdesk, others
