As a project manager you are going to manage multiple blockchain projects, talk to customers and make sure that projects are delivered on time. You will manage various developer teams based on Scrum or Kanban, set tasks, time estimates and monitor the whole process.As a prerequisite, we require upper-intermediate English because you will have to get in touch with our customers multiple times per week.Another responsibility will be the gathering of project requirements and the proposal of the right technical solutions after briefing with our developers.
Requirements:
— Agile (Scrum / Kanban);
— Jira;
— Ready to learn;
— Experience in managing multiple SCRUM teams 5+ people;
— Confidence & punctuality;
— Leadership & working experience in changing environments;

— Project budget management;
— Requirements management;
— Technical documentation writing skills.
— English level: Upper Intermediate/Advanced
