Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our team as Process Manager for Ukrainian delivery of EVRY Sweden Business Unit.

Responsibilities:
• General documents structure development (documentation taxonomy and templates, ITIL & business processes matrix)
• Definition and creation of main business processes/procedures
• Gathering and systematization of information, interviewing and analysis
• Systematization of existing business processes/procedures and keeping them updated (including support documentation of processes: order forms and sign-off protocols)
Required skills:
• 3+ years of IT business processes documentation development experience
• 3+ years of ITSM processes documentation development experience
• Familiarity with ITIL, CoBIT, CMMI, DFD, IDF0, BPMN, Agile, SCRUM methodologies/standards
• ITIL Foundation Certificate is a big plus
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Good analytical skills, attentiveness to details
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Oral and written English - intermediate
