For further development we are looking for experienced candidates to fill the position of
Project manager
Roles and responsibilities:
- Defines and initiates projects within Kostal strategic product objectives;
- Assumes full responsibility of convergence to project objectives;
- Drives project decision on a day-to-day basis involving tradeoffs between quality, costs, deadlines and performance (technical specification);
- Identifies, assesses and resolves risks proactively;
- Manages core team staffing and resources issues;
- Manages the information flows and the communication process amongst the different levels of the organisation;
- Participates in decisions regarding allocation of product resources.
Candidate requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree;
- Conversational and technical language skills - English, (German or French will be an additional advantage);
- Must have the ability to occasionally travel (International);
- Candidate must be self-driven and pro-active;
- 2+ years of experience managing projects for production.
