Now we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join us and our ambitious plans to make IT world better.

You are an ideal match if you:

• have 3 - 4 years in digital marketing

• keen on analysing markets, competitors and their offerings

• have the experience in web-site(s) elaboration, launch and support (content generation and development)

• plan and manage long-term SEO activities

• know the principles of mass mailing, including drip marketing, not only in theory

• can realize permission marketing

• speak and write English at a proficiency level

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• digital marketing strategy elaboration and full-cycle support

• SEO - both strategy realization within the department and coordination of an external provider of advertisement activities

• planning and execution control of all marketing channels activities (web-sites, blogs, PR, SMM, mailing, etc.)

• lead nurturing activities elaboration and realization: promo, blasts, satisfaction surveys, etc.

• work with the team (6 - 9 specialists): training, control, reporting, motivation

• coordination of cooperation with providers and subcontractors

• business processes improvement and formalization

• participation in elaboration of new services of the company

• elaboration and implementation of drip marketing campaigns

• implementation of viral marketing

• monitoring, control and reporting of marketing KPI's
