Nasc Technologies (Nasctech) was incorporated in March 2010 in Dublin, Ireland. The company develops innovative enterprise grade field opex management solutions, targeted at the mobile telecoms sector. The solutions can transform the management of field opex, providing real time visibility and control, thus allowing costs to be driven down and efficiencies to be driven up.

Skils

1. Account manager / Support / Marketing specialist / Project manager / Product Manager / BA or similar position experience
2. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration
3. Testing experience
4. Presentation composition experience
5. Incidents handling
6. Excellent email, face-to-face communication skills
7. Reporting skills and routine tolerance
8. English — Up-Intermediate level
9. Stress-tolerance and ability to work under pressure

Is a plus

1. Telecom experience
2. Experience in B2B area, knowledge of CRM systems, SAP
3. Willingness for business trips (2-3 months)
4. French knowledge

Responsibility

1. Take responsibility on the implemented project, including first line Customer support;
2. Clear vision on product abilities. Provide expertise and valuable solutions to Business based on strong product knowledge;
3. Prepare periodic reporting for Customer and internal needs;
4. Support any project activities and deliver value to Customer;
5. Communication and collaboration with product developers and QA team elaborating/clarifying requirements or any other Customer needs;
6. Perform various demos, trainings, presentations.
7. Coordinate monthly payment for project support
8. Prepare UAT and conduct acceptance testing with Customer;
9. Developing training documentation and related materials;
