Role - Reporting & Treasury speciliast

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of all periodical management reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Treasury, Cash Flow etc) established by the company according to company's IFRS base accounting and reporting guidelines.
• Coordinates monthly/quarterly/annual closing and corporate reporting in order to assure meeting corporate deadlines and high ranking in the corporate reporting scorecard
• Controlling over daily accounting records to be in accordance with the local accounting and tax legislation
• Ensures completion and correctness of periodical tax and accounting declarations
• Participates in reconciliation process with suppliers and customers
• Preparation of bank guarantees for landlords and controlling over bank guarantees issuing process
• Active participation in reconciliation of inventory stock taking and documents' preparation for central warehouse
• Responsible for reflection of financial costs in P&L and reconciliation process with banks
• Prepares various ad-hocs/questionnaires/surveys. Implementation of efficient reporting processes
• Calculation and control of accruals and provisions
• Internal control of finance set-up
• Supervision and implementation of all treasury related porocesses and being responsible from all risks and opportunities from financial and legal point of view.
• Optimization of payment process. Following the execution of all supplier payments correctly and on time.
• Cash / POS reconciliation on daily base

REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATE:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• 2+ years' relevant work experience, preferable in foreign companies
• Expert in local and tax accounting, IFRS/IAS knowledge is an advantage
• Experience to create P&L, BS, Cash Flow, Budget, Forecasts
• Strong analytical, modeling and quantitative skills
• Business pro-active and initiative
• Decision making, analyzing and problem solving abilities
• Leadership and communication skills, intercultural competence
• Well-organized, goal oriented, stress resistance
• able to multitask and work within deadlines
• Advanced Excel skill is a must, ERP system knowledge is a big plus
• Good written and spoken English (min upper- intermediate level)
