LC Waikiki is a leading fashion retail international company. The LCWaikiki brand is a collection of fashion for women, men and children, with its own stores established in 36 countries across Eastern Europe, Middle East, Russia, CIS countries and Turkey.

We are looking for high caliber professionals to join our finance team.

The Role: Finance and Accounting Specialist

Location: Kiev

Main responsibilities:

  • To maintain the accurate, complete and timely maintenance of the General Ledger, takes care of statutory accounting, bookkeeping of all basic accounting documents
  • To ensure proper execution of treasury activities; is responsible of bank statement posting and works with e-banking systems
  • Makes all expense accruals (electricity, water, telephone, fees, rentals, amortizations, expenses paid advance) at the end of month and recording of the expenses based on the relevant month according to the accounting principles and financial legislation, and making consensuses at the end of the month
  • Books the stock count differences in the accounting system properly following the proper approvals in line with the corporate procedures
  • Delivers accurate information for financial, tax and statutory reporting purposes
  • Ensures adherence with the monthly and yearly accounting reporting cycles
  • Conducts daily cash flow activities and reconcile cash balances
  • Preparation of all periodical management reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Treasury, Cash Flow etc) established by the company according to company’s IFRS base accounting and reporting guidelines.
  • Coordinates monthly/quarterly/annual closing and corporate reporting in order to assure meeting corporate deadlines and high ranking in the corporate reporting scorecard

Main requirements:

— University degree (accounting, finace, audit)

— Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

— Experience in E-commerce will be an asset

— Upper intermediate English

— Very good Excel skills, 1C and ERP (Navision-1C-Axapta) and retail experience is a plus

— Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge

— Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written)
