Our Client, one of the world's leading company in the elevator and escalator industry, is announcing an opening of Installation Project Manager position for young graduates.

Main responsibilities:

• executing Project Management of major installations projects based on contractual requirements and Company objectives;
• ensuring business success and customer satisfaction;
• ensuring integrated project planning and management with customers and full chain teams;
• being responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions;
• planning and ensuring sufficient project resourcing and competences;
• managing and leading full chain project team;
• creating and maintaining safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors.

Main requirements:

• 5+ years’ project management experience, building and elevator area preferred;
• higher education in a relevant field, e.g. engineering
• people management experience will be a plus
• excellent communication skills in English language
• understanding of relevant laws, standards, norms and other requirements will be an asset
• customer orientation
• project financial management e.g. controlling cost
• decisiveness and goal orientation
