Assume responsibilieties as a personal assistant to the EE HR Operations Director by managing calendars, performing ad hoc reports and supporting of the subordinate departments.
Act as the HR Team Assistant to APAC region and reporting directly to HR Director APAC.
Coordinate documentation workflow.
Invoicing, working with the internal budget system.
Support company-wide events organization. Coordinate business trips arrangement.
Consolidate weekly and monthly status reports.
Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes and protocols.
