Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of technologies in IT Industry
• A desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere
• Responsible and attentive to details
• Ability to learn quickly in the dynamic environment
• IT market knowledge
• An existing network of specialists (LinkedIn or your own)
• Confident user of Google Apps (Mail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms and etc.)
• Literate Ukrainian and Russian
• Upper-intermediate English

As a plus:

• HR experience and creative mind
• Practical experience with candidate assessment using various interviewing strategies
• Technical background
• Experience of working with Top management vacancies
• Ability to search and contact candidates not only on Linkedin and job sites (GitHub, Facebook, Twitter, Behance and so on)
• Experience of working with Marketing and Sales vacancies

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions (including headhunting and active search)
• Analyze the requirements together with the LM and HR
• Writing complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
• Publish and advertise vacancies
• Searching and screening candidates profiles in accordance with the requirements
• Communication with the candidates (both active and passive)
• Arranging interviews with candidates
• Conduct HR interviews
• Write feedbacks and summaries
• Monitoring of the labor market and conducting the database of candidates
• Provide analytics and statistics on requests
• Assistance to the HR Director in HR related activities
